We continue to navigate this situation together as a community and in order to give everyone the time they need to focus on their health and safety, our return policy will be extended to 60 days. While our logistics team is monitoring the situation and continues to work very closely with our shipping partners and aims to make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. As a safety precaution for our employees and partners, all packages will be handled seven days after receipt.

We have committed $100,000 in financial support to local hospitals to help in the fight against COVID-19.

In addition, till the end of April we are proudly donating a 100% of all sales site-wide to the Red Cross COVID-19 Global Appeal. This is where you can help us do more. Since 100% of the purchase price is being donated to the Red Cross COVID-19 Global Appeal, kindly note that all purchases made during this time are eligible for exchange only (no refunds.)
Your support helps the Red Cross pandemic response. Focus has been on supporting the Red Cross/Red Crescent membership to deliver assistance and support to communities affected or at risk of being affected with an emphasis on those countries and communities deemed most at risk. Interventions include risk communication and community engagement, service provision and National Society preparedness. Money raised will enable the Red Cross/Red Crescent across the world to support COVID-19 preparedness, response and recovery activities.
